Homeownership education series provides our families with the tools necessary to make informed decisions regarding home ownership and the responsibilities associated with such.The Home Mentorship Program consists of four phases:

• Phase 1:  Pre-Purchase
• Phase 2:  Post-Purchase, including, but not limited to: refinancing, home improvements, home equity, real estate taxes, insurance, increasing/decreasing property values and applicable tax credits.
• Phase 3:  Foreclosures, including, but not limited to: avoiding foreclosure, owner’s rights, protection of property, recovery from foreclosure and loan modifications.
• Phase 4: Reverse Mortgage
